I am looking for some reference materials on setting up an environment in
which machines running Windows XP Pro are forced to run RDP connection to a
TSE server and to lock down the XP machine so there is nothing the user can
do on their local workstation. Any suggestions?

Windows Steady State?
Doug Knox Security Console?

Or, get thin clients instead.

I'm working on a similar thing right now. I'm not even putting XP on the WS.
I'm going to boot them into WinPE and only launch mstsc.
