How to install other windows 10 sdk(low versions) in VS 2019

I have VS 2019 Enterprise installed on my machine, and my project requires a low version of windows 10 sdk,


After checking the VS 2019 installer, there is no option no install that version of sdk in the installer:


May I know how can I install this on my VS 2019
