Can Visual Studio subscriptions for the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) be used for commercial purposes?

Hi,

Microsoft provide Visual Studio subscriptions for the Microsoft Partner(MPN).

Our organization has a product department, a deployment department and host azure cloud department.

According to the internal using license, can these departments be used?

Don't need to buy another Visual Studio Pro version?
