Unable to find Microsoft.VisualStudio.GraphModel.dll v15.0 in the GAC

I have installed Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise Edition in my local machine & trying to build a dgml processor using GraphModel. and I am unable to find Microsoft.VisualStudio.GraphModel.dll v15.0 in the GAC, Where as I was able to find in earlier editions like VS 2015 at C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.VisualStudio.GraphModel\v4.0_14.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a\Microsoft.VisualStudio.GraphModel.dll


Is there any way to get the library in to GAC. (Is there any specific reason beyond this library missing?)
