I have been trying to remove Visual Studio 2019 after problems with installing the latest update. My goal is to reinstall Visaul Studio, but when I run the installer it says the destination folder is not empty and for that reason it can not install Visual Studio. I tried to rename the Installer folder with command prompt "Rename" command but it did not work. I got an "Access Denied" message.
