Reuse existing VS license.

I currently have a development machine which has VS 2013 Professional license. I'm planning to replace this with a new machine. Would it be possible to just uninstall VS 2013 in my old machine and install in the new machine using the same product key.

P.S.: I dont have the product key. Might need to get this from registry.
