Right Click on Coded UI Project slow Context Menu on vs2015/17 15.9.3 and lower version

Hi,

I am using Visual studio Enterprise 2015 (Version 14.0.25 update 3) and Visual Studio Enterprise 2017(Version 15.9.3) for development. I have created Coded UI project (size 24 MB).

When I open visual studio and select created coded UI project, It is loading and when I right click on project for first time it is taking time to load context menu.
It is happen for both Visual Studio version.
Can any one let me know why it is happen for first time(taking time to show context menu on project right click).
