WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW windows style doesn't work as expected

WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW style is used to get a shorter title bar in my application.But in the latest windows OS' (tried in Windows 10)it doesn't give a shorter title bar than usual.It gives shorter title bar in Windows 7.Icons are getting disappeared when I apply this style but no change in title bar height.

As per Doc it says..

"...A too l window has a title bar that is shorter than a normal title bar, and the window title is drawn using a smaller font..."

Please let me know any resolution for this.
