Having trouble with WSL Visual Studio 2019 project--can't start the WSL Hello World app up

I was trying to follow this tutorial on getting started with the C++ with Visual Studio, CMake and the WSL. I got stuck on trying to start debugging because the option to do that is turned off for me for some reason. I also don't know what part of the window the "launch bar" is.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
