The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine. June 2019

This appears to be an old thread. However, I recently purchased Access and now I'm getting and error message that Microsoft ACE.12.0 is not registered. New laptop w/windows 10, I remove Microsoft database engine 2010 and reinstalled that same engine. Error persist. Any solution? Thanks,
