I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Preview Version 15.3.0 Preview 2.0
Clicking on "Help/About Microsoft Visual Studio/License status" give a screen with account and license information.
1. Under account, clicking on "Reenter your credentials", I have to sign in and after some time waiting "Reenter your credentials" disappears, but when I close and open this screen again the "Reenter your credentials" message is back again.
2. When I click on "Check for an updated license" the following message is displayed: We could not download a license. Please check your network connection or proxy settings.
I had the same message with version 15.2 and tried all suggestions available on the internet, but everything failed. I still cannot update my license.
3. I cannot use "Help/Send Feedback/Report a Problem..." because my credentials have expired.
The big question is how to update my license, it will expire in only two days.
Deleting SessionTokens.json solved problem 1 and 3; license update still gives the same error.
