No 'android-26' in drop down list

I use Visual Studio 2019 to develop the android app with C++ language.

I use a library called 'SDL2' to develop the game.

The 'SDL2' sample use the 'android-26' to compile.

In my Visual Studio's 'Target API Level' only have one item, 'android-25'.

I need 'android-26'.

What I need to install to Visual Studio can let the 'android-26' show in the drop down list?
