Cannot install Visual Studio

I tried to install visual studio community but every time I run it the files extract and nothing else happens afterwards, no errors, no installer wizard nothing. I currently am using windows 10 on Dell Inspiron 7560. Trying to install vs_community 2017.

Please help!!
