Unable to refresh Credentials, System.Net Http DLL not found error. Unable to sign in into 2017 or 2019. Any thoughts or any help would be appreciated.


We could not refresh the credentials for the account. Could not load file or assembly System.Net.Http 4.0.0.0 one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified
