Visual Studio2008 can't connect to TFS 2013

We have a legacy VS2008 which can't connect to TFS2013.

I have installed:

1. VS 2008
2. VS 2008 SP1
3. VS 2008 SP1 GDR
4. Team Explorer 2013
5. TFS 2013 MSSCCI Provider

I selected Team Foundation server MSSCCI Provider. when I select Connect to Team Foundation Server and TFS servername, port 8080. It gave below error message. TFS is no problem because VS2012 can connect to it without issue.
