Deploying the VC Redistributable (from VS 2019)

Since my setup installs both x86 and x64 executables, I would need to try to install both editions of vc_redist.

Therefore, in an attempt to keep my installer small I was going to put the two redist files on my website and optionally download them if required and run their respective setups.

I assume this is OK to do?
