Cannot perform build action trying to create Visual Studio 2015 project installer

I am trying to generate an installer for my visual studio project.


One of the steps to generate an installer is to click the Setup and rebuild it:




after that, I get a sequence of messages:



after that, I get this message:




If I press Ok then:



If I press cancel this appears:







And finally this windows:



Any help in order to solve that?
