i have a program That Call Desktop NewsLetter Application it Run on My Localhost(Local Machine) When I Run Server 2008 or Windows 7 Or Other Machine it will Error

Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay
but mail reach at Client.What is Probelm in My Code i try Many Ways
