"No EditorOptionDefinition export found for the given option name" error in Visual Studio

I'm getting this error message when trying to open a code file in a solution; it happens periodically and disappears after some time, and then starts happening again after some period of time.

Any ideas how to fix it?

VS2013 Pro Update 4, Windows 7 x64 SP1
