Can i Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 for commercial use in this scenario ?

Current Condition :

I am a single user Developer for visual studio 2019 community edition.

i am having my small company with approx 10 Person including me.

only i am going to use visual studio 2019 community edition for creating Commercial Applications .

and i am having 500+ clients who will use my application.

In this scenario can i use visual studio 2019 community edition for free.
