Check the CheckBox through the code

Hi Team,

I have the CheckBox in my MFC Application and want to check it through the code by getting the input from field bool IsManual.

if(IsManual)

Check the CheckBox

else

UnCheck the Checkbox

Please help me and if possible please given me an example.Thank you
