Script to detach attachments from Outlook mail file

Hi, Can someone guide me to find/write a script(VB script?) which iterate through all mails in my Outlook pst file, and detach the attached files into file system? I have very large pst file, so it's difficult to access attched files in mails. I want to extract all attachments and keep it outside pst file.
