After running the visual studio installer i get this please help me

unable to launch the installer. Error: Could not laod file or assembly 'System.Data, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934r08' or one of its dependecies. The system cannot find the file specified
