Open a new dialog from A window toaster click in c++

HI,

I have used Windows code (WindowsNotifications/desktop-toasts)and implemened a new toaster message message for Win32. is there any way to open another exe when i click on the toaster message?

Generally Shellexecute can open in c++ win32 but i am not able to open using the same when i am handling on toaster click event.
