Is there any Live Debugger for Chrome or Firefox such as in Webstorm?

Hello

I'm using Visual Studio Code however, if Visual Studio does the below, I'll switch to it.

I'm looking for a live Debugger/Editor because it is helpful editing elements on the fly and it also gives you live information such as sizes etc.

I'm looking for one in Visual Studio and I cannot find one.
