NuGet packages - Make the project to refer to packages folder in another location

Hi

As it known, when adding a NuGet package to a project (Let's say, Class Library project), then a "packages" folder is created in the same level of the project (Inside the solution folder).
In my case, there are different solutions and each solution contains different projects. I need to make all of that projects to refer to the same "packages" folder where it located for example at "C:\packages".

Any suggestions?
