I am using chrome on a mac to download Visual Studio, Community Edition for a Mac cannot do it. I went to this website (https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/)and when I click on download community edition(or any other edition) I get to this page.

I have tried multiple browsers and various internet connection. I am located on the East Coast of the United States, and cannot for the life of me figure out what is going wrong and would appreciate any and all help.
