Installing VS 2019 community edition not working.

Hello community thx for reading here is my problem: I uninstalled 2017 and tried installing 2019. After 1 sec of installer program running then it vanishes. i thought problem might with me so i tried Visual Studio Code installation it worked, tried other programs installation also it worked so problem is with 2019 installation.(haven't tried with 2017 since i can't seem find installation for it)
