upgrade VS 2017 using layout folder

Hi

i created offline folder for visual studio 2017 -15.11.14 .

now i would like to upgrade my current visual studio using CMD\Powershell from 15.6 to the new version with my offline folder,using One or more workload or component IDs (-- add).

but i don't know which command syntax i should use in order to make it works.
