Problem with MS VS 2019 installation.

Hello,

I have got a small problem with MS VS 2019 installation. I downloaded this file vs_professional__1841925339.1559724820.exe.

I launched it, a small window appears - see below, but after approx. 30 seconds the program ends, the window disappears and .. nothing ... no other progress.

What I have to do now ? I have Windows 7 SP1 x32 profi + .NET 4.7.2 installed + 200GB HDD free space.And I have new clear Windows installation.

Can someone help me please ?
