Update servers really slow

Hi everybody. Visual Studio upgrade servers appear really slow since I've installed Community 2019. I initially thought that things would have gone better, but now I can affirm that it's a permanent issue. 200/300 kb/sec it's my best chance! I'm from Italy.

Any tip?
