Inable to instal VS community due to problem with location path

Hello! I'm willing to install VS community 2019. I used to have a little disk space divided into C: and D: partition (single SSD). I wanted to install VS on D: only, i changed the location in installer, but i realized it's impossible by definition. I welded my partitions into only one C: and wanted to install VS on C: ('ve VS IDE path and download chache path) but i'am inable to change shared components path. VS still does remember it as D: path (while D: doesn't exist anymore). I ve tried deleting all VS related files, downloading installer again, restarting PC and i ve used uninstalator this method. I don't know what should i do anymore. May somebody help my problem?
