Scrolling without scroll bars in listview

So i realized there is an option for disabling scrollbars in listview, i wanted to disable this but when i did that pressing down arrow also stopped scrolling. I thought the problem could be solved by using "SelectedIndexChanged" event and focusing the listview to what has chosen however i couldn't find such thing to focus the listview, is there an alternative solution or is it my blindness again?
