Use visual studio as an editor for a project

Hi Team,

I need small help on running visual studio(15) as an editior.

I have source code and the .exe file that i generated to run the tool.

while debugging i am not creating any build. It just call my exe. i am struggling to link this source code and corresponding exe.

Can you help me to do that ?
