Send a notification to a telephone - ios and android - using Expo

I am trying to send a notification to a ios/android device from a windows forms program.

It's coded in Visual Studio, .net 4.8, Visual Basic.

I have a "ExponentPushToken" from the device

When I send the notification, I get OK from Expo, but the notification never reaches the phone.

Is there anybody out there, who have experience regarding this problem ??
