Recover .h file? Visual studio

I had a header file I was working on while visual studio was open

I still have the header file but lost the code I'd been writing

written while working on the file

AutoRecover is feature turned on but

nothing backed up in My Documents/Visual Studio 2017/Backup Files/Breakout

Is it possible Visual Studio has still maintained a copy of this file?

I did not Save by mistake and closed Visual Studio
