White rectangles have been seen when opening application.
Looks to be a white rectangle where the window is opened before it jumps to opened location.
A leading white rectangle can also be seen when resizing an LPD and opening a combo box.
This appears to relate to the ShowWindow processing and the non client area of the window.
Disabling the non client area makes the issue go away.
However, you are then required to render the non client area yourself, that is for each window
within your application.
This is happening on windows 7 and windows 10.
