C# tool box colors changed when running on windows 10.

I have an application written in C# on VS 2008. Runs fine on windows 7. I use the default colors. Running on windows 10 changes the color of the toolbox components. GroupBox border is a light blue not etched and barely visible. ComboBox has a dark gray background and different pulldown button. Panels are a different default color. ...

Is there anything I can do to make my application look the same running on Windows 7 or Windows 10?
