Looking for Xamarin.iOS-12.99.4.26.pkg

I cannot find a download for this anywhere. The Xamarin.iOS release notes page (Xamarin.iOS 12.99 Release Notes - Xamarin) states that instructions for installing it in VS are at Xamarin Blog , but that takes you to their blog site. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
