I am sometimes sharing my mobile internet with my laptop and i dont want in the background any VS update is happening. why this exe has to download in the background, i really dont get it? i have disabled auto VS updates but this exe is still doing some work and it is pretty annoying. how can i stop it? it isnt within the services
