Remote Desktop Gateway Pluggable Authentication and Authorization disables RAP and CAP policies.

Hi,

I am using Remote Desktop Gateway Pluggable Authentication and Authorization to have 2FA for Remote Desktop Gateway.

But when used this, it disables RAP and CAP policies. Is it expected?

If yes, can't we use native RAP and CAP policies or configure with custom plugin?
