Visual Studio & Team Foundation: cannot commit changes after removed NuGet package

Hello,

each time after removing of NuGet packages i bekame an error, if i would like to commit the changes on Team Fondation Server:

"one part of path cannot be found" with reference on package-folder (s. screenshot)

How can I avoid this error?
