Internet explorer browsing slow

On a Win2k3SP2 terminal server, browsing web pages is particularly slow. The
issue isn't apparent for administrator level users. Are there any known
issues with IE6 over terminal services?

Having searched around I've found other users with the issue, but no
resolution.

Do you have enhanced security features installed and active for internet in
your Add/Remove programs - Windows Components for users?

No, I've uninstalled it.

I do know that running IE6 isn't an issue, I do it with approx 185 TS users
on a multiple NLB terminal farms without issue, I have refrained from
implementing IE7 yet. Other than your internet pipe or the resource load on
your TS server nothing comes to mind. At least I do know IE6 isn't an issue.
