Exploring values of macros

I am building a CMake project to compile on Linux side and as I start customizing the launch and other json's heavily I was wondering if there was a way to explore macros values like debugInfo and see what it contains to reuse it in my scripts.

debugInfo is indeed not the only one. I have found few schemas here and there but at the price of extensive searches and digging!
