Can't deploy a visual studio uwp on network share (Buffalo)?

I can't deploy a visual studio uwp on network share (Buffalo). I get a following message DEP0700: Registration of the app failed. [0x80073D1F]. But on local drive, it works fine.

Otherwise I can save all changes I have done with uwp "project" on the network share. Does anyone know what is causing this problem?
