Visual Studio doesn't install

So I have been trying to install "vs_community__155618229.1570457193" however whenever I click it the bar loads, until the end and just automatically closes.

I have followed log errors and this is the result.

I do not have any microsoft visual studios folder, I have tried deleting temp and %temp%, nothing seems to work, I tried making it an offline installed, Iso folder, but due to the installer not even launching I cannot seem to do that.
