Unable to create an Integration Services Project in VS2019 Community

I just installed Visual Studio 2019 Community. I added the SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS extensions. When I try to create an Integration Services Project I receive the following error:

Root component associated with 'DatabaseProjectNode' is null. Make sure that the product is installed properly. (Microsoft Visual Studio)

I can't seem to find anything to resolve this.

Please advise. Thank you!
