Can't debug an ASP Website In VS 2015

I built an asp.net website in VS 2015. I can build it fine, and it runs also. BUT it runs directly to the live server with no way to test first. I can't find where to make it run on the local machine. I have tried reseaching goole, bing etc with no luck. I had no problem on VS 2010 or VS 2005. What has changed?
