Visual Studio won't start

The application won't start. The VS logo appears, then it closes and the app doesn't start. The process (devenv.exe) says "Running", then "Suspended", then "Running" again and dies. Previously I had VS 2017 Community, I remember it worked before, but the other day I tried to start it and it just won't, even after repairing the installation. Today I have uninstalled VS 2017 Community, along with the installer and VS Code and installed VS 2019 Community, it still won't start.
