I have a problem with sign-in and get license for Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition. I set the proxy in config file and IE. I can use NuGet and Extensions by log-in via proxy, except sign-in to account linked to VS to get license. I use outlook email as account for VS 2019 Community. I have experience this problem in VS 2017 and have to stop using. I hope that VS2019 will solve this problem but the same.
Normally, when I want to download from NuGet or get extensions. The log-in dialog for proxy will appear. Once, I log-in via proxy, I can check the update or download for NuGet and extensions without problem. However, I cannot sign-in as account in VS2019. First, I try to sign-in. The sign-in dialog appear for entering the user name and password. Then, VS inform the problem with proxy. Next, I try to log-in to proxy by using NuGet or extensions. Everything is fine. I can download and update. Then, I try to sign-in for VS account again. It is the same, I cannot sign-in and VS inform about proxy.
I cannot find any solution for this problem. I hope that this forum wil have anyone can help me.
